1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and Think Solve AI ("Company," "we," "us") governing your access to and use of our artificial intelligence platform, tools, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing our platform, or using any of our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and accept these Terms in full. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Use of Services

Think Solve AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. Our Services are intended to assist with problem-solving, analysis, and productivity — not to replace professional advice in legal, medical, financial, or other regulated fields.

Important: Outputs generated by Think Solve AI are AI-assisted and may not always be accurate, complete, or current. You are solely responsible for verifying any information before relying on it for important decisions.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Not share your account credentials with any third party

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we determine, in our sole discretion, have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.

4. AI-Generated Content

Think Solve AI uses advanced artificial intelligence to generate responses, suggestions, analysis, and other content. You acknowledge and agree that:

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
Content generated does not constitute professional advice of any kind
You assume full responsibility for how you use or act upon AI-generated content
We do not guarantee any specific outcome or result from use of our Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we determine, in our sole discretion, have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.

5. Prohibited Activities

When using Think Solve AI, you must not:

Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our AI models or technology
Use the Services to generate illegal, harmful, defamatory, or deceptive content
Circumvent any security features, access controls, or usage limits
Collect or harvest data from our Services through automated means without permission
Resell or sublicense access to our Services without our written consent
Use our Services to develop a competing AI product or service
Submit malicious code, viruses, or any content that could harm our systems
Impersonate any person, entity, or organization when using our Services

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account and may subject you to civil or criminal liability.

6. Intellectual Property

All technology, software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, and content created by Think Solve AI — including but not limited to our platform interface, AI models, and documentation — are the exclusive property of Think Solve AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. You are granted only the limited usage rights described herein. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Think Solve AI expressly disclaims all warranties, including:

Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
Warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any AI-generated content
Warranties that defects will be corrected in any specific timeframe

We do not warrant that our Services will meet your specific requirements or that results obtained through use of the Services will be accurate, reliable, or useful for your intended purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Think Solve AI, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our Services.

In no event shall our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full. Where local law provides additional protections, those protections remain in force.

9. Privacy and Data

Your use of Think Solve AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use our Services with this understanding.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a prominent notice within our platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using our Services and may close your account.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
